Questions
Does Grotivo store my customers' emails?
No. Repeat buyers are recognised with a one-way hash, so Grotivo can count returning customers without keeping their email addresses.
Can I disconnect Shopify?
Yes. Disconnecting deletes the saved access and keeps the sales history you already have in Grotivo.
